I began my career at ADP, concentrating on channel partnerships with leading banks and accountants. This led me to develop a cross-border collaboration with ADP US that facilitated the expansion of U.S. companies into Canada. I then established ADP Canada's Private Equity Practice, collaborating with major private equity and venture capital firms across North America to enhance operational efficiencies for their portfolio companies.

Armed with an MBA specializing in innovation and technology, I transitioned to the startup ecosystem, where I played a pivotal role in building and scaling the partnerships function at 7shifts. Currently, I serve as the head of partnerships for Incentivio, where I've built the partnership function from the ground up, aligning it with our go-to-market strategy.

Most companies encounter two prevalent pitfalls: underestimating the power of partnerships and placing the wrong individuals in key partnership roles.
